You see the patient. We do the writing.

Medvoice records the consultation and returns a structured, reviewable clinical document with the source of every sentence. It is the first step of the ecosystem that will carry the entire routine of Brazilian physicians.

01 The invisible shift

Every physician works two shifts — one with the patient, another with the keyboard.

The second shift isn't on the schedule, isn't paid, and doesn't end when your shift does. It only ends when the last consultation becomes text — almost always from memory, almost always late.

  • A

Writing later means writing from memory

What the companion said mid-consultation, the exact time the pain started, the allergy mentioned in passing. None of it survives six consultations later.

  • B

    The screen steals the consultation

Typing while the patient talks means choosing between listening and documenting. Physicians make that choice dozens of times a day, and always lose something on both sides.

  • C

Poor records come back as risk

Incomplete documentation is what shows up in audits, in denied claims, in continuity of care and in lawsuits. The cost of the second shift isn't just time.

· What we won't make up

We won't put a statistic about hours saved on this page that we haven't measured. The pilot's closing screen asks how long that consultation would have taken without Medvoice and records, on its own, how long the review took and what percentage of the text the physician changed. When that number exists, it will appear on this page with the sample next to it.

02 How it works

Four screens between the first tap and the finished document.

The whole flow was designed to be used with the patient in front of you: everything large, short and free of unnecessary decisions. Scroll to see each step on the phone.

  1. Step 01

    One tap, and that's it

The home screen has one main action, and only one. If a consultation is being processed, it shows up as a card — you can start the next one without waiting for the previous one.

  2. Step 02

The patient is informed, and that's on record

The sentence you read to the patient is written on the screen, and consent is an explicit confirmation — not a box checked by default. Without it, the recording doesn't start.

  3. Step 03

The phone goes back in your pocket

The audio is sliced into 30-second segments, stored on the device and sent while you talk. If the network drops, the segment waits; if the browser closes, the recording picks up where it left off.

  4. Step 04

You carry on with your shift

When you end the recording, the audio is assembled into a single file, validated and transcribed. The steps light up one by one on the screen — and you don't need to watch any of them.

  5. Step 05

The review is yours, section by section

Each section of the document has a View source with the excerpt of the conversation that supports it. What wasn't said shows up as not stated, never as a plausible fill-in.

03 AI in our DNA

AI isn't a Medvoice feature — it's how Medvoice was built.

Two architecture decisions we made before the first line of product. They're why Medvoice can grow into an ecosystem without rewriting its foundation.

  • Who spoke, before what was said

Diarization separates physician, patient and companion before any text becomes a document. A complaint reported by the daughter isn't attributed to the patient.

  • Nothing is stated without a source

Every section of the document points to the transcript excerpt that supports it. Where nothing was said, the field reads not stated — and doesn't make anything up.

04 Privacy

Audio is a means — never an archive.

Brazilian clinical data shouldn't hinge on anyone's environment variable. Four commitments that are in the code before they're in the policy.

  • Audio is deleted after processing

The recording exists to become a document. Once that's done, it's gone — and the consultation list shows it on every row.

  • Explicit consent, on screen, before recording

The sentence the physician reads to the patient is part of the interface, and the confirmation is never checked by default.

  • Sharing is always the physician's action

Medvoice doesn't choose recipients, doesn't keep numbers and doesn't send anything on its own. No document leaves without a human tap.

  • The account is personal and non-transferable

There's no login shared with the front desk. Every consultation has someone responsible for it, and that someone is a person.

05 The ecosystem

The Scribe is the door — the ecosystem is the house.

Documentation is the most expensive and most immediate problem — that's why we started with it. But the canonical transcript that comes out of the consultation is the raw material for everything that comes next. The order is a choice; the foundation is already the same.

  • 01 Pilot

    Scribe

Records the consultation and returns the structured clinical document, with a source for each section. It's the product that exists today, with sign-up open on this page.

  • 02In development

    Medical record

Every reviewed document becomes searchable patient history, with a timeline of consultations and what changed between them.

  • 03In development

    Prescriptions and medical certificates

The plan recorded in the consultation comes out as digitally signed prescriptions and medical certificates, without the physician retyping anything.

  • 04On the roadmap

    Schedule and patients

The whole practice in one place: schedule, follow-ups, contacts and the clinical history the consultation itself produced.

  • 05On the roadmap

    Integration API

Clinics and hospitals submit work and retrieve results through a public boundary — with no access to models, training or internal packages.

  • 06Thesis

    Practice intelligence

Built on anonymized, approved derivatives: giving physicians a picture of their own practice. Only after the gate, and only with evidence.

06 Questions

What physicians ask first.

No. Medvoice runs in your phone's browser and can be added to your home screen like an app. No app store, no manual updates, no depending on anyone's IT.

No. The whole premise of the product is the phone in your pocket, with the screen off, for the entire consultation. The audio keeps being sliced and sent in the background.

Segments already recorded stay stored on the device and upload when the connection comes back. Processing only starts once you end the recording and all segments have arrived.

Not without you. What Medvoice delivers is a structured draft that goes through your review. Later edits remove the reviewed confirmation — the sign-off always applies to a specific version.

You are. Medvoice organizes what was said and shows the source of every statement, precisely so that review is fast and verifiable. It doesn't issue its own diagnosis or treatment plan.

Because every physician in the pilot is closely supported and has a daily consultation quota. We'd rather have a few physicians with the product working than many in a line that doesn't move.

The patient is informed and authorizes each recording. The audio is deleted after transcription, nothing is used to train models, and the Medvoice team doesn't see audio or documents. The vendors, the retention periods and your rights under the LGPD (Brazil's data protection law) are in the privacy policy; our data protection officer can be reached at dpo@qub8.com.br.
